岗位要求： 1.College in Manufacturing/engineering above or related disciplines. 具有制造/工程的大专学历以上或相关的. 2.Over 3 years experience in production supervision field，also the chemical field is perfect. 超过2年的生产管理经验, 化工管理经验优先. 3.Overall understanding of the procurement cycle, internal processes and New Product Development process. 懂得如何生产，新品引进，内部管控. 4.Good oral and written communication skills. 很好的读写交流能力. 5.Implement production Planning. 生产计划执行. 6.Organizational Skills. 组织能力. 7.Ability to be proactive in the position. 主动性. 8.Positive attitude and enthusiastic. 态度积极，充满热情. 9.Self motivated – able to act independently, and drive tasks through to completion. 能自发的痛过努力完成任务. 10.Versatile and adaptable. 知识全面. 11.Open minded and flexible. 虚心和灵活. 12.Team player. 有团队精神. 13.Ability to make decisions. 判断力. 14.Attentive to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 关注细节并力求完美. 备注:该职位需要上夜班(白夜班轮班). 职位描述： 1.Achieve production output targets under agreed manufacturing plan. 达到计划的产出目标. 2.Ensure production output, quality and delivery to meet customer’s plan and requirement. 确保产量，质量，交期满足客户的计划和交期. 3.Continually review resources against production output requirements and program necessary increases or decreases to resource. In particular to pro-actively push new products Introduction and qualification to maximize manufacturing volumes early. 不断审查产量和制程，通过增加或减少资源，以维持正常生产。特别要积极主动协助相关部门进行新产品的导入和认证， 以尽快 促进量产. 4.Conjunction with technician maintenance and quality to get manufacturing processes with cost-effective under demand fluctuations. 联合技术，维护和质量，确保对成本效益和配套需求波动的处理能力. 5.Ensure the continuous operation, maintain and perfect manufacturing systems. 能确保连续生产，维护和完善制造系统. 6.Provide cost down suggestion for plated products. 提供节约产品的成本方式. 7.Monitor all purchase requests of raw materials and equipment. 监控原材料和设备的申请要求. 8.Manage WIP in accordance with agreed/minimized levels. 管控WIP库存水平，尽量最小化. 9.Develop and review all internal areas of all departments (Technical, quality, purchasing, stock control, production) to achieve the best performance. 开发并检讨所有内部（技术，质量，采购，仓库，生产）的工作，保证最好的结果. 10.Through integrity, leadership communication and training develop a motivated, well-trained and flexible production team with an excellent working environment and team culture. 通过诚信，领导的沟通和培训开发具有良好的工作环境和团队文化，积极的，训练有素，灵活的生产团队. 11.Maintained employee’s Health & Safety to match the legal and regulation required combine EHS dept. 和EHS一起确保在任何时间保证员工的健康和安全满足政策和法规的要求. 12.Attend Management meetings as required, ie Health & Safety etc. 参加管理会议的要求，如健康与安全等. 13.In association with HR department for the DL recruitment, disciplinary and support the supervision dept for operator benefits indication. 协助员工的招聘, 协同上级部门对员工绩效管理. 工作地点:吴中经济开发区,塘东路518号
